Be a Sport Believing in a Quality Dating Service
Look, I’m not a spineless cheesball man, habitually interested in watching junk tv missing the fun on a Friday night. I’d bet people haven’t witnessed me ramble on great dating and companionship. No surprise.
Dependence is a fixable quality and totally absent from my man programming (man-gramming?). But, Winter of 09 was an exception, I definitely needed to end a solid relationship which meant a lot for us but essentially deadended for both of us. So you could tell ya its been ages since I dated someone new. I don’t have the Great Expectations Denver I held years ago.
Single life has had its perks so far. This much is certain, I can’t spend another weekend faithfully devowering Lost on DVD. The number one cause of this bout of temporary dating loneliness? The people I know are settling down, and there are fewer available women.
My take-no-holds college buddy, Tim, who will never have dating boredom, informed me he’s almost shooting from the same blind as I am. He introduced me to this Great Expectations Dallas site. A bit out of character, but I can’t argue with meeting delightful singles who meet my values. So I bit the bullet and became a member.
Be honest, ya can’t feel down by going dateless if ya haven’t tried to meet anyone. Just like my old baseball coach Jason Jennings repeated to no end when his wife wasn’t looking, “If you don’t run you can’t score, sonny.”
Coach was crazy, and a little out of touch. Even so, the old guy was right in a round about way. He was likable in all ways. This fun company offering Dallas Singles events that I attend might’ve short circuted the old man’s shiny bald head.
Through great expectations I mingled with a few insightful and appealing women that hold my interest. I truthfully had a carefree night with dozens of pretty noteworthy men and women. Went home with a promising exchange of numbers, and even came across some social networking relationships for my business. I’m impressed.
Get out there. Can’t be happy if you don’t. Take it from me, at least have great expectations for your dating life.
Live It Up!
Caleb
