My personal story is that I am absolutely satisfied with ATT U-verse Internet and phone service. I didn’t possess the TV ever since I come upon the high-definition picture quality is somewhat poorer to Time Warner Cable. There are no issues with freezing etc. Undoubtedly my spouse enjoyed U-verse better however she’s not an HD person. I was thinking for somebody who generally lays eyes on SD and any occasional film, or is not actually picky about high-definition quality, U-verse is undoubtedly better.

I’ve had the U-verse for over one year and only had one tech call, and it was actually my fault– I had a home-made line splitter connecting the NID and the RG which was producing terminations and noise on the line. The technician replaced it and the whole thing is well.

Keep in mind, you just notice the messes here, not the comments from the millions of subscribers that are pleased.

All new goods have problems on rollout. FiOS also had plenty of related issues in its teething stages. Obviously while AT&T concluded to reuse the “last mile”, the product isn’t allowing to handle for everybody. If their inside electrical system is peeling or the copper to their house isn’t almost wonderful ,they can come across some issues. Overall from what I’ve heard and seen, a large majority are pleased with their U-Verse service.
